Will this work for a small business like mine?

These services are built for owner-run shops and small crews. If you take calls, quote jobs, and book appointments, there’s a good chance something here fits. The Lead Check is how we find out.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. We set everything up and handle the upkeep. You’ll get customer messages and alerts on your phone, and we’ll show you the few things you need to know.

Will I have to replace the software I already use?

Not necessarily. It depends on what you use now. We’ll look at that with you before recommending anything and tell you plainly what would change.

How much does it cost?

Each service is $297 a month, and the price per service drops as you add more: two for $547, three for $797, or all four for $997 a month. Pay for a year up front and save 25%. Usage fees are extra and depend on how much you use; we’ll estimate them with you before you start. The Lead Check is free.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Paying yearly is optional and gets you 25% off.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] anytime. There’s no cancellation fee. Your service keeps running through the month you’ve already paid for, then stops. If you paid for a year, we refund the unused part after re-pricing the months you used at the regular monthly rate.

What happens if something stops working?

Let us know and we’ll fix it. Upkeep and fixes are part of the monthly fee for our monthly services.

How is my customers’ information handled?

It’s stored in the platform we use to run your services and used to provide those services. Our Privacy Policy has the details, and we’re happy to answer questions about it.

How do I know if I need this?
